Does TiviMax provide channels or content?
No. You need a valid subscription from an IPTV provider. All content comes from your provider, so questions about channels or billing go to them.
How do I exit the app without force closing? (tvOS)
Go to Settings > General > Ask to exit > Yes. This is only available on tvOS.
What is the difference between the Yum and Magic players?
Yum is lightweight and fast, and offers picture-in-picture. Some codecs fail in Yum, while Magic handles all stream formats. Yum is the default; switch under Settings > Player.
Why is my TV guide not loading, and how do I change the EPG offset?
Check that your EPG URL is correct under Settings > EPG. To shift times, hold a channel name > Options > Adjust Offset. Changes apply to the active portal.
Can I download the EPG manually?
Yes: Settings > EPG > Download, or hold a channel or category name and choose Download Full EPG.
How do I turn on the mini player on tvOS or iOS?
Settings > General > Keep player on EPG > Yes. To resize it, go to Appearance > Player > MiniView size > Large.
How do I play multiple channels?
Hold a channel name and choose Play on New Screen. You can add up to 9 screens at a time.
How do I fix buffering?
For Xtream and M3U, go to Settings > Player > Preferred format and try ts, m3u8 or none. For Stalker, open Profiles and reload it.
Why is my IPTV stream not loading?
For Xtream, choose the correct format under Settings > Player > Preferred format. For Stalker, reload the profile. If the problem continues, report it to your IPTV provider.
